ROLL MODEL METHOD: SPRING TUNE UP

Do you ever wonder what’s inside you? What's under the hoodie? And what’s behind that ache or pain? The Roll Model Method is an excellent way to map out the deep layers of your body. Understand what is where, which will allow you to help correct soft tissue imbalances, find greater range of motion and release tension.

Using therapy balls, stretching and breathing techniques, this session will help you navigate the change of seasons with ease. Give yourself a deep tissue massage from the surface of your skin to your deep fascia. Learn effective ways to unwind head and shoulder, neck and back tension, find more energy and create inner calm.

Sound Meditation with Sound Massage Workshop

Enjoy 75 minutes of relaxing guided meditation, vibrational massage, and energy clearing with the healing and harmonizing sounds and vibrations of bronze and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gong and chimes.

How does this work? The sounds of these instruments assist in harmonizing the central nervous system by entraining brainwaves to more meditative states while also resetting the peripheral nervous system by being immersed in coherent sound waves. When large resonant bronze bowls are played on the body, the vibrations travel deep into muscle tissues and far through connective tissues providing a relaxing, restorative cellular massage, relieving tension, and often vibrating away pain. In addition to the benefits of meditation and activating the body’s relaxation response, the vibrations can clear energetic pathways opening the flow of prana to further nourish the physical body.
